ALARM SYSTEM LEASING PRICES
We offer a Free Basic Alarm Installation within our main coverage area for a leased alarm system with a contract.
Our basic alarm package consist of: 1 control panel, 1 keypad, 1 motion detector or glass break detector, 5 wired door contacts, 1 siren, 1 yard sign, and window decals.
Lease and Maintenance of equipment without monitoring: $10.00 monthly
Lease, Maintenance, and Monitoring of equipment with landline: $20.00 monthly
Lease, Maintenance, and monitoring through cellular service: $25.00 monthly
Our leased systems include maintenance which means we maintain the equipment and fix any problems associated with normal wear and tear of the system at no charge to you.
Why do we lease? Most alarm companies lease their systems however many do not tell you it’s a leased system upfront. We don’t believed in lying to our customers so we give all information and pricing up front with no hidden fees.
Why do leased systems cost more monthly since the customer doesn’t own it? In order to offer and maintain an alarm system with no upfront cost to the customer we charge a low monthly fee to offset the cost of the system itself and the cost of labor to install the system. It actually takes years before we turn a profit on the system at this rate, however not everyone can afford the upfront cost of a security system. We believe everyone deserves the safety of a security system for both themselves and their family so we want to make them as affordably as possible.
